In accordance with the vision and commitment of Mithila Institute to upload transparency, accountability, and responsiveness, this document formalizes the establishment of an Online Grievance Redressal Mechanism (OGRM). The mechanism is intended to provide an efficient, accessible, and secure platform for stakeholders to raise their concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Objective
The primary objectives of the Online Grievance Redressal Mechanism are:-
